Stay & Train
Our Stay & Train programs are designed for owners who want to give their dog a strong head start in their training journey, whether that’s off-leash reliability, solid obedience, or essential life skills.
This service is also ideal for dogs who need more experienced, hands-on help working through behavioral challenges such as reactivity, aggression, anxiety, fear, or resource guarding.
Your dog will stay in our trainer’s home for 3–8 weeks, receiving thoughtful, individualized training with their best interest at heart. We train in the flow of regular, everyday life to mimic a real home environment and practice in the real world by going on outings to stores, parks and more.
You’ll also receive four private lessons, where we teach you how to maintain your dog’s progress, continue everything they’ve learned and I will guide you on how to rebuild your relationship with your dog. Our programs include all training equipment that we may use.

Behavior Modification

This package is for dogs struggling with any type of reactivity, fearful behaviours, resource guarding, aggression and/or anxiety. Your dog will go through an extensive program to help them feel their absolute best.
Obedience & Off-Leash
Investment: $3,500 + HST

3 free follow-up lessons
This package is for owners who want their dog to have reliable obedience, learn overall essential skills and become fully off leash trained. For dogs over 6 months who struggle with engagement, pull on leash, etc. Dogs must have minimal to no behavioral issues.
Puppy Raiser Program
Investment Startng at: $6,500 + HST
Includes:

1 week (age 2-3 months) - 2 weeks (age 5-6 months) - 2 weeks (11-12 months) - 3 week (1 year and 4 months-6 months)

This one-of-a-kind puppy raiser program includes 8 weeks of hands-on training in our home over your puppy’s first 1.5 years. With our experience, we help raise a well-rounded, resilient dog while preventing common behavioural issues. You’ll receive unlimited lessons until 18 months, plus a detailed puppy guide for ongoing support. This program sets the foundation for a successful lifelong partnership.
Our dog did a 4-week board and train with Malasia. Our dog is a 2 year old feisty potcake rescue who had an unstable start to her life, leading to reactivity, resource guarding, and some aggressive behaviours with humans and other dogs, including the other dog in our home. We thought we had to accept her challenging behaviours and make her world smaller to keep her and those around her safe. 4-weeks with Malasia completely transformed all of our lives. Her reactivity has improved significantly and she has great recall off leash, allowing her more freedom and ways to expend her boundless energy. Her emotion regulation has clearly improved, as has her relationship with our other dog. Malasia provided us with explanations and tools to maintain these gains, and always makes herself available for questions. Also during the board and train she posted daily updates of our dog so we could follow along and learn about the rationale behind her training philosophy and interventions, and sent us some private instruction videos at the end. We still have some work to do with our girl but it all feels very manageable with much improved quality of life for all of us. Worth the investment!
